At the present day, non-renewable energy of the coal is increasingly tending shortage,coal excavation of shallow strata has become exhausted, began to research and explorat dugging deep mine become a focus, therefore, to further accelerate the application of the freezing construction technology in deep alluvial layers.However, as the thickness of the deep alluvial layers and the depth of freeze wellbore increassing,this technology is putting forward higher requirements.While in basic design theory,construction specification requirements,wall construction improvement and enhanced freezing and etc. of deep freezing sinking have got many achievements,but there are still many problems that need urgent to be saved,including a large number of energy waste, lower level of automation, engineering accidents frequently and other issues.The topic for the mine shaft freezing engineering designing the auto-control of freezing station refrigeration system, including brine circulation system salt water pump frequency conversion auto-control,ammonia circulation system screw compresso auto-optimization control and brine flow rate and temperature fuzzy decoupling control.Not only realized the remote monitoring of the freezing station refrigeration system, improve the automation level of the system, but also realizes the independent control of flow rate and temperature of brine.Finally, the energy saving effect are comparative analysised by the theory and measured data calculation of the automatic control system design of this paper,the results show that the control system has good energy saving effect and the operation cost is obviously reduced.Salt water pump frequency auto-control method achieves the brine flow auto-control of Brine circulation system,and combine with the calculation analysis of measure data receives better energy saving efficiency of the method. auto-optimization control can be relatively accurate control the running numbers of screw compressor,thus decrease power consumption,reduce the economic costs of system operation,compressor failure rate is reduced and extend the working life.Brine flow rate and temperature fuzzy decoupling control without the premise of establishing accurate mathematical model, the two strongly coupled variables are transformed into two independent control variables,and use the MATLAB software for the controller simulation.At the end of the article summarize the works done in this paper,and combine with the deficiencies in the design of the system,the future work is prospected.
