Along with the power electronic technology,computer technology and the rapiddevelopment of the automatic control technology,ac motor frequency conversiontechnology is the power saving,improve process to improve product quality andimproving the environment, promote the progress of technology a mainmeans.Frequency control is domestic grandpa think most promising way speed,highefficiency, wide range of speed regulation and high precision advantages ofperformance,in addition,frequency conversion motor energy saving as one of theimportant methods.Combining with the electrical equipment design and control work,through theintroduction of the heating furnace relevant process,and paint transmission systemrequirements of the trade unionists,and then drive system structure options,including motor,PLC,frequency converter,interface technology,etc,and on theac frequency conversion technology in LinGang plate plant site actual effectdescribing the conclusions are as follows:(1)Ac conversion and speed governing is the best power saving technology,this paper adopts ac drive system of heating furnace variable frequency speedregulation system.(2)According to the heating furnace of transmission system structure andprocess,determine the heating furnace process technical requirements.(3)On the transmission system choice fully enclosed,self-cooling type thesquirrel-cage which has additional disc type dc brake in three-phase asynchronousmotor,make it satisfy heating furnace technical requirements of need.(4)According to the selected motor,determine the selection of the GermanySiemens PLC S7400programmable controller for heating furnace of transmissionsystem PLC.(5)Choosing6SE70series for heating furnace frequency converter drive unit,using belt encoder vector control way for transmission system frequency conversioncontrol,and the related parameters of the frequency converter set up.(6)Using profibus-DP fieldbus communication technology for automaticcontrol, and the Ethernet technology to realize human-machine interfacemanipulation. After the actual application, communication frequency control system inLinGang plate plant of the application of the heating furnace transmission system canfully satisfy the requirements of production technology, equipment operationstability,high precision, small torque ripple,has obtained the remarkable energysaving effect.
