In the aluminum electrolysis process, accurate measurement of the anode current distribution may guide production to improve current efficiency. Aluminum reduction cell anode current distribution change with the electrolysis process. Measuring the anode rod current distribution is determined electrolyzer operating state, so monitoring anode current on-line has very important significance.This paper uses an array of Hall sensors measure the anode current. In this method, after the Hall sensors measure the magnetic field using Biot-Savart Law deduced anode current, accurate measurem of the magnetic field generated by the anode current is the key to accurately measure the anode current. However, due to the impact of site riser bars, horizontal busbars energized conductor, so that accurate measurement of the magnetic field generated by the anode current becomes difficulty. Paper is designed for measuring the anode current method based on Hall sensor array, interference by establishing a mathematical model to estimate the impact of interference on the surrounding magnetic field anode rod, to achieve the purpose of measuring the anode current. Based on this model, this paper designed to measure the Hall sensor array node and gateway for data collection.Gateway is combined with the cell anode current distribution measurement needs designed based on embedded Linux operating system, using TI’s OMAP3530 chip as the control chip, using serial port to receive the current transformer send anode rod via the Zigbee network information field, when the gateway receives each field data anode rod by a Hall sensor measured by magnetic model to calculate the magnetic to eliminate the effect, and obtaining accurate anode current. Then through LAN current information is uploaded data to achieve the anode current on-line monitoring.
