The skid is an unavoidable problem in the process of skid conveyor work,not only accelerate the abrasion of the conveying belt,induced noise,affectingproductivity,will result in fire caused a major accident in severe.Due to slip inthe serious impact on the operation of conveyor,further research skid conveyorscharacteristics has become a problem can not wait.The current research on thisaspect at home and abroad is the Euler type flexible transmission based on theassumption that the conveyor belt,is a pure flexible body without bending shear,does not have the quality and thickness,can not be stretched,but between thecalculated by Euler formula results and the real difference is very big,thedynamics and motion state can not describe the conveyor and drum.Therefore,ithas important practical value and theoretical significance to study the conveyorslip properties.That establishment of slip model of belt conveyor,and accuratedescription of mechanics and motion state of the belt conveyor and the drum.The main work of this paper is as follows: (1)Considering the bending shear belt and establishment a slip model ofconveyor belt,based on the analysis of the causes of slippage and against theexisting formula based on the lack of skid Euler flexible body.(2)After the conveyor system be simplified,establishment virtual prototypein RecurDyn software combined with conveyor drawings of one mine.Throughthe virtual prototype simulation analysis found that the simulation results withthe actual work conveyor features are consistent;find the greater of initialtension,around the corners,the friction coefficient parameters,the less likely tooccur slip,which is recorded on the document coincide.Therefore it shows thatthe conveyor prototype model in the virtual environment established isreasonable, is correct.(3)By calculating the slip type in the traditional and the establishment ofthis paper with different initial tension,wrap angle,and friction coefficient,thecalculation results show that:there is a big difference between the traditional andsimulation results,and the model established in this paper and the simulationresults are basically the same.Therefore it shows conveyor slipping modelestablished in this paper is correct,is more in line with the actual conditions ofthe.(4)Numerical analysis of influence factors of conveyor slip properties byusing the Matlab software,and study the influences of conveyor belt thickness ofconveyor skid,The initial tension force,the driving roller radius,frictioncoefficient,conveying,belt and the driving drum wrap angle,and put forward safety measures for anti skid based on the sliding characteristics of conveyor.(5)According to belt conveyor slip actual case from main shaft beltconveyor of Qingxu Li Jia Lou coal mine further verify the accuracy of thesliding model is set up in this paper,and combined with the calculation of themine instruction paper analyzes the reasons of sliding,skid prevention measuresare put forward.
