| China is a superpower in coal production and consumption power in theworld. The national coal production reached3.68billion tons in2013, increasedof30million tons year-on-year, up3.8percent. As the main energy in China, thecoal accounts for about70percent of the total energy production andconsumption.With the large-scale and modern production of coal, a lot of coal dust hasbeen produced. Coal dust has great harm on human health and production. A lotof coal dust in mine is not only severely eroded the health of miners, but also isthe major hidden danger of safety production in coal mine. It is difficult toestimate the hazard and risk of a lot of coal dust on the human body,environment and production.Now it is the main way to spraying dust suppression agent on coal dustsurface to inhibition of coal dust, however, subjecting to the conditions of theworking environment and technology, the spraying dust suppression agentworkplaces are mostly in the process of the coall transportation now. It isrelatively pay close attention to very little to the coal dust problem in downholeworking face, which is the source of coal production. A new dust suppression agent formula suitable for the special workingenvironment in underground working face was developed adopting the methodof microwave irradiation, to AMPS and DMDAAC as monomers, respectivelyfrom the best synthetic temperature, the best synthetic formula, microwaveirradiation time, NaCl content and optimum concentration of dust suppressionagent under the condition of related experiment of synthetic experiment. Thesynthetic product sample was sprayed on the surface of the coal sample for thefurther research about the evaluation indexes of the sample of film-formingproperties, compressive strength, bibulous rate, and high temperature resistanceand so on. It is concluded that the test results under the experimental condition,which AMPS and DMDAAC is4-2in the ratio of the concentration, NaCladded mass fraction of2%, microwave irradiation2min, mixing reactiontemperature is50℃, configuration concentration was8%. The dust suppressionrate of film forming is82.41%, bibulous rate is37.92g/g, which can meet therequirements of the underground actual production.A new dust suppression agent formula suitable for the special workingenvironment in underground working face was developed based on the specificwork environment of high temperature and high humidity in coal mine workingface, combining with the experience of forefathers’ research.AMPS andDMDAAC two kinds of new material with high temperature and high humidityresistance are selected as the basic material for preparation of new type dustsuppression agent, instead of starch and PVA, which are the two of the mostcommonly used materials in the traditional preparation of dust suppression agent.It successfully overcomes some shortcomings such as preparation technology ofcomplex, poor heat resistance and stimulating and so on. The experimentalresults showed that the new dust suppression agent can effectively reduce theamount of producing dust in underground working face work environment,reduce the coal dust harm to the miners’ body, reduce the risk of coal dust explosion in working face. At the same time it also can protect the instrumentsand equipments in downhole from the effects of coal dust and prolong theworking life of the equipments. |
