Scraper conveyor is one of the core equipment of coal mining industry. It is often subjected to completely different properties loads in different locations at any moment when scraper conveyor working, including static load, cyclic load and impact load etc. and can often lead to chain stuck and chain breaking,and then causing the entire mining work can not proceed normally. Firstly established a dynamic model of the whole machine considering the elasticity and clearance of the chute. By using MATLAB, a software of mathematical analysis and simulation and combining the example, analyzed the dynamic response characteristics of the scraper conveyor in the action of the steady load When launching. At the same time, we analyze the dynamics characteristics of the scraper chain at every location when the load side chain is occurring stuck.lt can be concluded that when chain stuck in the load side, the chain's speed between the position of stuck and the head reduced to zero in a very short time, the chain's speed between the position of stuck and the tail declined slowly. And the chain's tension between the position of stuck and the head rise sharply, it is much larger than the tension under stable operation, so the chain can easily rupture in this part, the tension between the position of stuck and the tail almost reduced to 0, so the chain produced accumulation trend. At the same time, in consideration of the scraper stressed distribution is inhomogeneous in actual operation process and cause the scraper occurs torsional pendulum, on this basis we establish the dynamic model of scraper-chain system, simulate the working condition of chain stuck by using two kinds of impact, load step load and pulse load.And these two kinds of impact load are applied to the end of the scraper respectively. The numerical simulation of the scraper-chain system's dynamic characteristics with matlab software when the scraper are stuck, it is concluded that the scraper are stuck under the scraper-chain system is subjected to impact loads, the scraper will produce twist-oscillecting vibration,thus lead to other scraper produce different degree of twist-oscillecting vibration. The closer it is to the stucked scraper, the more severe the vibration is. The farther away from the stucked scraper, the less obvious it is. The results will provide some relevant data and theory reference for the development of the structure optimization design and the fault diagnosis technology of our country's scraper convey in the future.
