Scraper conveyor is the main transport equipment of the fully mechanized coal mining face,its work is normal or not,for the entire coal mine safety production plays a vital role.The middle slot and dumb pin is the main component of the scraper conveyor,which is an important support mechanism.It is of great practical significance to analyze the dynamic performance of the connection between the middle slot and the dumbbell of the scraper conveyor to reduce the accident rate of the scraper conveyor.In this paper,the dynamics of the middle slot link system of the scraper conveyor is analyzed and the life of the key components dumbbells is predicted.The main contents are as follows:First of all,based on the previous research results on the central slot link system analysis of the force.Mainly to discuss the bending of the link system of the force situation,as well as hydraulic support on the central slot of the push force of the situation,a brief analysis of the tension process of the tension.Secondly,the dynamic simulation of the scraper conveyor is carried out by ADAMS software.Through the analysis of various influencing factors in the actual process of the scraper conveyor,the model of the conveyor is simplified,the load and drive are applied in combination with the two conditions Simulation analysis:First,constant force to promote the way,that is,given the thrust of the stent and push the resistance to calculate;the second is the constant speed of the way forward,that is,given the resistance and push the speed to calculate.In order to further analyze the dynamic characteristics of the system and verify the simulation results,this paper uses Ansys/Ls-dyna to analyze the non-linear contact of the middle trough with different middle troughs,and carry out the load test for the dumb pin.Finally,the problem of easy fracture of scraper conveyor dumb pin is analyzed.The fatigue life of dumbbells was studied by the experimental data.First,the finite element strength analysis of the dumb pin is carried out,and the result of stress distribution is obtained.Using the experimental load data.The nCode DesignLife was used to analyze the rain load and fatigue life of the maximum load data of the extracted danger zone.The damage cloud image and the life cycle number of the dumbbell pin are discussed.
