With the development of science and technology recently,machine tools application is gradually developing toward high speed,high precision,high efficiency and compound.General machine tools have failed to meet the demands in these aspects.So Five-axis Machining Center becomes the progress trend of future machine tools.However,Numerical Control Rotary Table is one of key components for Five-axis Machining Center.In the thesis,Numerical Control Rotary Table' structure and hydraulic locking system were designed and studied.The statics and dynamics analyses of Rotary Table were conducted.And functions of Numerical Control Rotary Table based on virtual prototype have been verified by simulation.The analyses and simulation provide important references for Rotary Table's structure optimization,static and dynamic performance increasing.The main content of this thesis is as follows:(1)On the basis of full investigation and survey,Trunnion Type Numerical Control Rotary Table was designed and model built.Numerical Control Rotary Table' driving device was confirmed with calculation.Rotation locking device was designed.Moreover,two-dimensional assembly drawing and two-dimensional part drawings of physical model were drawn.And bill of materials were made including components' specifications and quantity and so on;(2)The study of hydraulic locking device was conducted.Hydraulic locking system was designed by calculation.And a list of hydraulic elements and auxiliary parts was made.Hydraulic locking system's performance was checked by calculation,such as pressure loss,heating rise and locking force.The hydraulic system's model was built by AMESim software.The pressure and displacement exporting by hydraulic execute components conducted simulation and analysis.The result proved that locking system was workable;(3)The statics and dynamics analyses of trunnion,locking shoe,base and rotary table were conducted using ANSYS Workbench software.The deformation and vibration performance were obtained,which provide important reference for workbench optimization.The consequence proves that these parts perform a reliable strength and higher natural frequency,and resonance is not likely to happen.(4)The function simulation was further conducted including the Kinematics and Dynamic analyses using the Adams software.The angular velocity and angular acceleration curve obtained from the Kinematics analysis provide fundamental basis to the smooth movement of Virtual Prototype.The output torque of torque motor obtained from the Dynamic analysis when the workbench coupled verifies that the motor is applicable.The theoretical results give important reference for the perfection of the virtual prototype.
