Fructose syrup is a starch sugar, a sweetener widely used in food industry, especially in the beverage industry. Sweetener in the food industry are sucrose, fructose, glucose, fructose syrup, etc., sweetener type of indicators from the sensory point of view, to a certain extent, microbial indicators from beverages to consider the types of sweeteners beverage products on microbial growth and reproduction in any impact? To solve this problem, the issue of different sweeteners as carbon source, various microbiological culture, draw the growth curve, and thus determine which sweetener is most detrimental to microbial growth. So drink production, under the same conditions, the lowest number of microorganisms, that is the better biological stability. In this study the wastewater from the beverage plant isolated three strains of wild yeast Hansen, and 4 strains of E. coli in their respective appropriate temperature, E. coli culture temperature 37℃, shaking culture shock, yeast 30℃shaker culture shock, and then measured by turbidimetry at different times of the bacterial concentration to obtain information on microbial growth. Experimental principle is, the equivalent strain was inoculated in a variety of different carbon sources (different sweetener) medium, the cultured, the less microbial growth medium, which contains more carbon to the bacteria negative, that is, a certain inhibition. The main results are shown as follows:(1) Selected microbial strains in the total nutrient medium (beef extract peptone or malt extract) in the most vigorous growth, much higher than other restrictive carbon source medium, indicating that carbon is not limiting growth and reproduction of beneficial microbes, which restricted of carbon sources on the inhibition of certain microorganisms.(2) More pairs of sugar (maltose and sucrose), the simple sugars for microbial inhibition becomes more apparent.(3) Mixed carbon source (fruit + Portuguese, fructose syrup) and antibacterial effect than a single carbon source (fructose, glucose) more pronounced(4) High Fructose Corn Syrup in a variety of microbial growth in the minimum. Description fructose syrup has the antimicrobial effect, and its antibacterial activity has nothing to do with the production of fructose syrup processing, but only with fructose and glucose content. The above work for the High Fructose Corn Syrup in China’s food industry lay the foundation for the promotion and application...
