The Present Situation And Countermeasure Of The Peasent Migrant Workers' Employment

Nowadays, the number of the peasant migrant workers in Chinese cities has already exceeded 300 million, and it is in creasing at the rate of 7 million every year. When the peasant workers move from their rural hometown to the cities, the changes are not only in the case of geography. What really count are the changes of their thinking method, psychological tendency and the systems in which they live. As the hard core of the living quality, labor employment not only provides peasant workers with the economic support, but also offers them the opportunity to study new things in order to adapt to the new environment. Therefore, labor perspective should be taken to explore the farmers' behavior in labor employment when the studies of such issues are carried out.The study is based on the labor employment theory. According to the investment of peasant workers in foshan city, the paper describes their city employment situation. What's more, this paper uses the advanced statistic method to analyze what are the determinants of the employment level.This study is composed of five parts. Part I is the preface.It has introduced the background, the problem, the former documents, the aim and the meaning of the research, the innovations and the method of the research, and introduced the questionnaire design, the sample selection and the acquisition of information, the sample essential feature and so on; The second part carried on the data description to peasant migrant workers'employment present situation in iron tower manufacturing industry; The third part separately discussed how the peasant laborer, the enterprise, the government to solve the peasant laborer to get employed; The fourth part elaborated the countermeasure which the peasant laborer own, enterprise and government should adopt, hope to provide certain reference for them. Last part is the basic conclusion, and proposed this research's insufficiency and the problems to discuss more.
