A Study On The Employment Of Peasant Workers Under The New Economic Norm

Under the background of the new normal in economy, economic growth is slowing.Adjusting and upgrading economic structure will become the focus of future economic development in our country. This situation has a positive influence, and also pose some challenges to migrant workers. This paper studies under the new normal migrant workers employment faces new problems. First, this paper analyzes the influence of migrant workers employment of the external environment, including the macroeconomic environment, industry environment and rural economic development environment. It is the objective factors influencing peasant workers’ employment. Next,this paper analyzes migrant workers employment ability of the individualby by using the analytic hierarchy process. It’s the subjective factors influencing peasant workers’ employment. Through the analysis of the objective factor and subjective factor, the peasant workers’ employment faces some new challenges, such as the impact of the industrial structure adjustment for skills underdog, limited supply trend of migrant workers gradually strong, etc. Then this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
