In2010the New Migrant peasant worker has first used in the State Council of thecentral committee first document. As a new group the new generation of migrant workersaccount for61.6%of the migrant peasant workers, nearly a billion. They have become amajor part of China’s migrant workers and the new powerful reserve force of industrialworkers. They have aroused the party, the government and the community’s extensiveconcern. To solve the employment problem of the new generation of migrant workers,has a vital role to push forward China’s socialist new rural construction and socialistmodernization, and to promote the development of urbanization, and to achievesustainable economic development and social harmony. As the original era andeducational background of new generation of migrant workers are different from the oldgeneration, so their career outlook, equity outlook, values and so on has undergonetremendous change. However, the new generation of migrant workers in urbanemployment facing many problems: the problems from the government level and thesocial, business, migrant workers level.This article stands on the perspective of the collaborative governance theory throughthe use of a combination of methods of empirical analysis and theoretical studies. Bytaking an examination of the employment of the new generation of migrant workers in Hcity to have a comprehensive analysis of the employment of the new generation ofmigrant workers. Defining the new generation of migrant workers, introducing theircharacteristics.With the contradiction analysis highlighting the problems faced and thereasons for the new generation of migrant workers in finding jobs, and then propose thesolutions and the suggestions on solve the problems of the employment of the newgeneration of migrant workers.This article divided into six chapters.The first chapter had confessed the researchquestion’s background, has expounded this research goal and significance, reviewed therelated research condition, introduced the mainly research technique, and has pointedout the innovation and insufficiency of the research. The second chapter outlines suchthe meaning of the new generation of migrant worker and collaborative governance, and points out the inspirited effect ion that by using the collaborative governance theory tosolve the employment problem of the new generation of migrant workers. The thirdchapter classically studying the employments status of the new generation of migrantworkers in H city, multi-angle integrated thinking about the problems exist in the newgeneration in H city.The fourth chapter systematically analysis the four factors whichaffect the employment of the new generation of migrant workers:government functionsare not in place, the related system is unreasonable and the existing system defects,ability and quality of the new generation of migrant workers are quite low, the necessaryinteraction between the government,enterprises and social intermediary organization isso slack.The fifth chapter explores the measure that is collaborative governance tosolve the employment problem of the new generation of migrant workers, through thecommon efforts of the government, society, business and the new generation of migrantworkers.The sixth chapter has drawn a conclusion....
