Analysis On The Relationships Between Land Use Structure And Industrial Structure Of Wuhan Urban Agglomeration

The research of land use structure is an important part of land use research, and the change of land use structure is restricted by many factors such as nature, society, environment, economics and so on, one important feature of this essay is analyzing the land use structure change from the angle of economics, this essay choose the Economics Growth Theory, the Regional Development Theory, the Industrial Distribution Theory and the System Theory as its theoretical support. In order to analyze the land use and industry using the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, this essay choose the index of covering rate of industrial output and percentage rate of change as the main analysis tool.The theme of this essay focuses on the relationships between land use structure and industrial structure, and it places land and industry in the same system to study the relationships of their percentages and quantities, increasing and loss. This essay is divided into five sections, the first section is the introduction, and this section introduces the back ground, aim, signification, literature reviews, main content, research method, possible creative thoughts and deficiency of this essay; The second section introduces the basic theory and related concepts, which concludes the Economics Growth Theory, the Regional Development Theory, the Industrial Distribution Theory, the System theory, the index of covering rate of industrial output and percentage rate of change; The third section gives mainly introduces the brief situation of the Wuhan Urban Agglomeration, in details, it describes the fundamental nature resources, society and economics conditions, current industrial structures and land use structures; The fourth section is the empirical study. Firstly, this section regroup the classification of current land use and calculate the square of the Wuhan Urban Agglomeration's land use; Secondly, it analyzes the relationships between the land use structure and industrial structures of the Wuhan Urban Agglomeration using the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis; Finally, it is the summary of this section; The last section of this essay gives a conclusion and advances several policy recommendations.The conclusions are as follows:first, most of the Wuhan Urban Agglomeration's land is farmland which covers 80% of the whole land; Among the three kinds of industrial land, the distribution of primary industrial land is the most unbalanced, while the distribution of tertiary industrial land the most balanced; Xianning Huanggang and Huanggang have the highest coverage rate of the three industrial land. Secondly, the change of land use structure mainly reflected in the increasing of construction land. As for industrial structure: the increasing speed of secondary and tertiary industry is very fast, what's more, the speed of tertiary industry is faster than that of secondary industry. Thirdly, the change of industry structure is faster than that of industrial land structure, the interactive relationship between industry structure and industrial land structure is not good enough. Finally, total industrial land and GDP have positive correlation; The primary industrial land and output of primary industry have a negative correlation, while the secondary and tertiary industrial land have positive correlations to their land using.
