Study On Interactive Relationship Between Urban Land Utilization Structure And Industrial Structure

Urban economists argue that the feature of urban and the trends of urban development is decided by urban industrial structure. The transition and upgrade of urban industrial structure promote the change of urban land utilization and optimize the urban land resource allocation. The transition of urban land utilization also provides fundamental protection for urban industrial structure.To some extent, the adjustment of urban industrial structure will be reflected by urban land utilization change. Indicating their inner relationship, allocating the limited urban land resource and combining the urban land planning and industrial strategy are important basis for the govournment to implement macro-economic regulation and to realize the healthy economy development. So it has a significant meaning to study the interactive relationship between urban land utilization structure and industrial structure at present.Firstly, based on the summarization of the research progress of land utilization structrue and industrial structure at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the relationship between urban land utilization structure and industrial structure, which provides theoretical support for the empirical analysis; Secondly, by analyzing the present land utilization classification system at home and abroad, this paper pionts out the shortcoming of the current land utilization classification in China, and constructs the new land utilization classification system based on industrial structure, which provides support for the following empirical data analysis; Thirdly, this paper takes Wuhan for example collecting the panal data of urban land utilization and industrial structure from1990-2008, uses the Granger causality test model to analyze the interactive relationship between urban land utilization structure and industrial structure, the results show that the industrial structure change’s speed significantly faster than the f land use structure change’s speed in Wuhan,which promotes the the change of land use structure, along with the social economy unceasing development, the land use structure and the industrial structure will gradually get coordination and incline to be reasonable.; Finally, according to the empirical analysis results this paper puts forward some suggestions for the coordinated development of Wuhan land utilization structure and industrial structure.
