The control of supplier to marketing channel is the basic of the enterprise products to expends the terminal.The marketing channel is one of the most important capital of enterprise, it is the most variable capital also, It is also the most alterable capital. The enterprise product sales channels, from the enterprise to the customer. The way includes the sale branch of producer, dealer and terminal user. The stable and highly effective marketing channel is the key of enterprise fast development. The stable and highly effective marketing channel is the basis of successful enterprise product marketing.Introduces the Concept of marking channel, This paper reviewed the related theory of marketing channel。targeter market and channel design strategy,the factors of influence marketing channel include channel environment and physical distribution process. Moreover it contrasts definition, good and bad points of direct channel and indirect channel. Based on relative theories of marking channel,it analyses the existing problems in marking channel of WuHan Jinxiuhuanong Co., Ltd.and indicates that WuHan Jinxiuhuanong Co., Ltd. must take major way, because it is the indirect channel, it's Long-term development direction and mentality. But it should gradually changethe mode of single channel. So WuHan Jinxiuhuanong Co. Ltd.need to join the direct sales channel to complement and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of WuHan Jinxiuhuanong Sales channels, increase competition capacity.Anyhow, in order to fast strength development, WuHan Jinxiuhuanong Co., Ltd. Should develop suits own development opportunities in direct channel and strengthen own system construction in indirect channel, build the more perfect Marketing Channel. Many factors such as product characteristic, realistic conditions and the target market of Wuhan Jinxiuhuanong Co. decided it must take the marketing channel mode - direct and indirect channels, but the main channel of direct sales channels, direct sales channel.
