Investigation Of Regional Technological Innovation Capacity Evaluation Index System And Evaluation Model

Currently, the world economy becomes more and more regional characteristics, with the deepening of economic globalization, national or regional competition is gradually evolving into inter-regional competition. Whether the competition between the regional economy or from international economic competition, regional economic competitiveness are to put forward higher requirements. How to maintain a dominant position in the competition is the key to regional economic development issues. Technological innovation is the main power for the regional economic development, and has become the key factor to improve the regional competitiveness. Therefore, study on the regional technological innovation ability to the region economic development has important theoretical and practical significance.Fistly, this essay makes a comprehensive statement on the related research of regional innovation capacity home and abroad. And then, based on analysing the connotation and inscape of the regional technological innovation and designing principle of evaluation index system, the essay chooses 20 main factors as the evaluation indexes from four aspects, which are technological innovation input capacity, the technological innovation bracing capacity, the technological spreading capacity and the technological innovation outcome capacity, use Expert screening,Correlation Analysis and Analysis discernment methods and builds a set of systematic, numerical and practical regional technological innovation index system.Then it used principal component analysis to calculate the index of subsystem in the regional technological innovation, and calculated the total index of regional technological innovation using the method of entropy. And we carry out the demonstration on Taian.Finally, based on the foregoing works,we bring forward some strategic measures about how to enhance regional technological innovation capacity to promote regional economic development. Establishing and improving regional technological innovation network system as the main line which include innovation subjects universities,research institute,R&D institutions, science and technology intermediaries, Government make sure to creat a good innovation environment, meanwhile to carry out domestic and international exchanges and using external resources acctively.
