The Rational Thinking On The Transformation Of The Mode Of Economic Development In China

The 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China plays a significant role in studying the transformation of the mode of economic development in China. At present, contradictions and problems have manifested itself in the process of China's modernization. For instance, irrational economic structure and industrial structure, extensive economic growth, the obvious contradiction between the environmental resource and the traditional transformation of the mode of economic development mainly relied on the material input, and the unsustainable epitomical expansion mode. The key to solve the above problems is to transform the mode of economic development, to improve the quality and efficiency of the economic growth, and to enhance the efficiency of economic development.In 2008, the outbreak of the world financial crisis led countries in the world to in-depth inquiry of the sustainability and rationality of the existing model of economic development. A worldwide adjustment of the mode of economic development is carried out quietly. At this moment, we must know that the international financial crisis is the crisis of the traditional development model and the chance of the scientific development model. We must make good use of the Forced mechanism objectively caused by the international financial crisis, take the advantage to speed up the transformation of the mode of economic development, break the bottleneck of resources and the environment, adapt to the new requirements of future development, and achieve the sustainable economic development.This paper sets the relevant issues about the transformation of the mode of economic development in China as objective, focus on the importance and obstructive factors and transition approaches to transform the mode of economic development in China, and then provides the solutions. The structure of the paper includes the following five components:The first part is the preface. This part is to clarify the background and significance of the transformation of the mode of economic development in China. Then, make a brief description of the status research home and abroad and the research methods used in this paper.The second part is about the definition analysis and the basic theory of the transformation of the mode of economic development. This part describes the proposed course and the definition analysis, then emphatically analyses the relationship between the transformation of the mode of the economic development and the transformation of the mode of economic growth. Finally, this part introduces the relevant theories this paper has referred to.The third part is the practical exploration and the obstructive factors of the transformation of the mode of the economic development. This part reviews the course of the transformation of the mode of the economic development since the foundation of China at first. Then, this section puts forward three obstructive factors to transform the economic development, and make a brief analysis of these factors.The fourth part is about the great significance and the guiding principle of the transformation of the mode of the economic development. This part introduces the great significance of the transformation of the mode of the economic development in China. Then, this section discusses how to make good use of the latest theory achievement proposed by the Communist Party of China, which is the Scientific Concept of Development, in order to instruct the transformation of the mode of the economic development.The fifth part is about the approaches of the transformation of the mode of the economic development in China. In view of the problems like how to expand the consumption, this paper puts forward some solutions to transform the mode of economic development. The measures are as follows: to perfect the market system, to optimize the industrial structure, to build an innovative nation, and to change the mode of foreign trade growth in China.
