Research On The Influences Of The Entrepreneurial Orientation And Network Structure On Entrepreneurial Capability Of Born-Globals

Nowadays,with the rapid update and expanding of global economic integration and information technology,enterprises not only face domestic competition pressure,which is also facing competition from global enterprises. Enterprises want to survival and development, not only facing domestic fierce competition, but also confronting with competition from global enterprises. Thus, it is very important for China’s economic development to pay attention to and study Chinese enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises.In small and medium-sized enterprises, there is a kind of enterprises,which are very special, and called "born- globals". It focuses on the international market at the beginning establishment, and also can bring huge economic values and profound international influence.For the research on born globals, domestic and foreign scholars have gain substantial achievements. However, most research is focusing on exploring the influence factors to the performance and how to sustain the competitive advantage,and there is few scholars from the perspective of network for born-globals,exploring the related aspects of the entrepreneurial competence.In this paper, we focus on the network structure of the born-globals,selecting of entrepreneurial orientation as the antecedent variables,and to probe the mechanism for entrepreneurship capability.This paper firstly reviews the related literature of the born-globals and reviews the related theories.Secondly,we have divided the dimension of Network structure(network size, network density) and Entrepreneurial Capability(opportunity identification capability and resource integration capability),then construct the corresponding theoerial model, and put forward the hypotheses.Thirdly,design questionnaire and collect data. Meanwhile,use the relevant data analysis software to carry on the empirical analysis, in order to verify the hypothesis.Finally, we have chosen a enterprise which name is A as the case analysis object,then discuss its specific practice in the actual activity.In this paper, the author has taken a method combine the theory and practice to study on born-globals. As a perspective of network,combining the empirical analysis and case analysis,we have investigated the interaction between the entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial competence, and ultimately matching the theory and practice well.Through this paper, the author intend to provide practical guidance for development of our country born-globals.
