The Study On The Impact Of Dual Ability To Innovate On The Growth Of Born Globals

Born globals have rapidly emerged and have occupied an important position in the market because of the development of complex and volatile international market environment.They have actively expanded their international markets Since the establishment of such companies,Entrepreneurs make full use of the many advantages of the international market to enhance the company's corporate resources,provide high value-added products and services,so as to make the company profitable.In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have increasingly in-depth research on innate international companies,especially the emergence of entrepreneurial waves.Scholars have accelerated the pace of research and discussion on the growth of born globals.As entrepreneurs increase the ability to develop and use new products and technologies,how to use internal and external resources of enterprises to adjust their direction in a timely manner has become the focus of scholars' research.Currently,the literature is not sufficient to explain the mechanism of growth of nationally-born companies.Other related issues,especially the research on how innovation ability affects the growth of innate international companies and their degree of impact,are relatively few.To this end,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the mechanism of the duality innovation capability on the growth of born globals.First of all,this article reviews and analyzes the previous theoretical framework of the relationship between the duality innovation capability and the growth of born globals,based on this definition,this article defines the definition of duality innovation capability and born globals,and presents metrics for the growth of born globals.Secondly,this study measures the key influencing factors of the duality innovation capability of born globals,proposes hypotheses based on the measurement results,and constructs the conceptual model of the research.Again,this article use empirical analysis methods to analyze the collected data and test hypotheses.Finally,based on the discussion of the verification results,the author puts forward suggestions by analyzing the inadequacies of the article research and determines the future research direction.This article will measure the duality innovation capability from the two dimensions of exploratory innovation and utilization innovation,and take entrepreneurial leadership,knowledgeabsorptive capacity,and market knowledge accumulation as its main influencing factors to analyze and study,and use environmental dynamics as an intermediary variable.The main research results show that the entrepreneurial leadership,knowledge absorptive capacity,market knowledge accumulation and duality innovation ability are significantly positively correlated;the duality innovation capability is significantly positively correlated with the growth of born globals;environmental dynamics play a regulatory role in the ability of duality innovation and the growth of innate international companies born globals.Therefore,the research on the mechanism of the duality innovation ability to the growth of born globals helps to enrich and enrich the duality innovation theory and the innate in ternationalization enterprise growth theory.The born globals can only achieve a long-term development in the complex and volatile market competition by only enhancing the entrepreneurial leadership,enhancing the ability to absorb knowledge,and focusing on the accumulation of market knowledge,thereby enhancing the company's duality innovation capability.
