To further stimulate customer managers and counter staff enthusiasm and creativity, improve efficiency, optimize service, promote competition, in their own posts to play an active role, realize the wage distribution "hard work and performance-related", from 2004 years, the Agricultural Bank of China Xiangfang branch after repeated investigation, discussion and calculation, developed a pay system reform program, to reform the pay system.This thesis in the form of case on the Agricultural Bank of China Xiangfang branch reform pay system design and implementation process described in detail.In some cases, introduced overview of the Agricultural Bank of China Xiangfang branch, overview of human resource management, overview of pay system, pay system reform process, implementation effectiveness and shortcomings; in the case studies section, the Agricultural Bank of China Xiangfang branch of pay system reform the necessity and internal and external environment systematically, and the reform of pay systems success factors and problems of analysis, through the analysis of problems and then proposed to improve the management of the Agricultural Bank of China Xiangfang Branch, Countermeasures and pay proposal.
