Research On Transform Of Integrated Shipbuilding Production Process Of DSIC.

Based on experiences and expertise of production processs reengineering and innovation implemented by Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd, this article puts forward basic ways and optimizing upgrade method that take the modern integrated shipbuilding as a fundamental goal to pursue and be applicable domestically.Under the trend of economic globalization and information technology, the following elements in terms of science and technology novation power and science and technology level, production efficiency and management efficiency are becoming the crucial factory in the competition of market. The major shipbuilding countries are currently taking various measures to improve shipbuilding efficiency in the background of intensive international competition.The production and management of shipbuilding in Japan and South Korea represent the most advanced pattern in the world shipbuilding industry. Under the basis of mature modern shipbuilding production and management pattern, Japanese and South Korean shipbuilding industries have stepped into the stage of integrated shipbuilding labeled as digital and information technology.The main objective we pursued in this article is to provide a funcamental way and methodologies in shipbuilding production process and management program optimizing as well as integrated shipbuilding processs reengineering to those shipyards which are running the operations by using traditional ways of shipbuilding and those which are undertaking modern innovational and in the course of planning and construction new general assembly shipyard in accordance with the management theory such as group technology, reengineering and agile manufacturing, and from the aspects of shipbuilding process and management process as well as applying the basic concept of modern integrated shipbuilding.
