Study On Shipbuilding Engineering Planning Management Based On ISWBS Under Resource Constraint

The overall trend in ship construction is middle-product-oriented shipbuilding assembly,but when our country shipyard organize production to middle-products type, because middle-products is not fixed and not standardized,causing that job content of shipbuilding can not be effectively plan and control.According to shipbuilding construction,the characteristics of manufacture and project management system such as one-piece,small batch,the complexity of production,the construction of cycle length, organization of production,this paper presents an integrated work breakdown structure of the ship,The concept and architecture of ISWBS.depending on ISWBS,on the shipbuilding process we study the key technology projects,such as load calculation, hierarchical system modeling project,the design through the project flow,shipbuilding resources in a balanced way,Finally briefly introduce core functions of the development of shipbuilding project management software applying the research methods used in this thesis.through applications in a large state-owned shipyard enterprises,prove effective on the shipbuilding project management system,further,elaborate the effectiveness of integrated ship Work Breakdown and ship construction project system.Under modern shipbuilding mode,an analysis of the main flow of product-oriented shipbuilding,as well as the shipbuilding project management.that contains the connotation of the management set.On this basis,analyzing the shortcomings of conventional WBS and making a demand for WBS in modern shipbuilding model to define the scope of the work and principles of decomposition,and setting up a theory of development based on conventional WBS--Integrated Ship Work BreakDown Structure(ISWBS).First,product structure dimension,the hull and fitting-out will be decomposed into middle-productions at various levels,and between them including correspondence between the static level;second,resources for ship construction,in shipbuilding process that is all kinds resources required and products in different manufacturing level data,the progress of shipbuilding are the third-dimensional,involving the hull construction,fitting-out and painting operations.Interspersing activities of fitting-out and activities of painting operations,masterstroke is manufacturing of hull, describing relations between activities.Based on the breakdown of three-dimensional structure,analysis of a ship in the associated breakdown of job elements,and carrying out the design principles of ISWBS coding toward the conclusions of breakdown,the coding principle of breakdown job provided guidance for the practice of engineering of integrated ship thought.For a long period when our country shipbuilding yard in the allocation of resources and the load capacity existed inaccurate load estimates and random phenomenon,the first step is to carry out a formal definition of ship resources,set up a shipbuilding physical resources model,the second step is to set up a shipbuilding capacity and load management model based on ISWBS.Finally,for the shipbuilding resource management,presents that the distributed shipbuilding resources information will be managed by XML data exchange platform,analysis of its XML schema(XML mode) norms,as well as the conversion method between XML and RDBMS(Relational database management system, relational database management system),for load management,based on ISWBS middle-product mission pack through mission group produce the group load requirement and collect load,collect the route which follow main shipbuilding assembly flow of middle-product-oriented,through setting up the load information collection points so that the work follow norms.Because our shipyard shipbuilding projects planning loose and planning don’t have a strong control.The main line is the baseline planning,in order to balance capacity, production tasks,and the operating time of the three major elements as the center,ISWBS unit as objects,setting up a shipbuilding projects system,under capacity-constrained, research the shipbuilding plan the formation of flow within benchmark schemes,and plans to supplement derivative works,research based shipbuilding ISWBS resources-load combination model,resource allocation process,shipbuilding S curve,put forward a shipbuilding project should be followed in the node bound system,analysis binding relationship of the level of the planned node,the definition of the various control points and control points on the various types of database nodes.As the actual shippingbuilding mission are multi-project and multi-task,formulate effective plans and progress control as two key technologies.firstly,under middle-product model,introduce BP neural network to make multi-ship ISWBS mission packs in group, towards making plans to be more scientific and more rational resource balance;secondly,under resource constrains,introduce CCPM(Critical Chain Project Management,Critical Chain Project Management) technology,and carry a typical network planning for research object,formulate how based on the critical path,under the limited resource constraints,through setting up the project buffer zone to get key chain, furthermore,formulate a feasible way to progress plans.Finally,integrate based on the ISWBS project management ideas and the use of information technology,set up the corresponding functional model,information model,as to business case analysis the process flow,and through specific research and development and implementation of software,validate the study effect.Under Resource constraints,based on ISWBS shipbuilding project management research,is conducive to promoting the ship manufacturing project management theory and practice of the development of China’s shipbuilding manufacturers at this stage is of great significance.
