Huajin Group Plastics Enterprise is a state-owned enterprise engaged in chemical production. The paper analyzes the Management of Huajin Group Plastics Enterprise, pointing out that the communication is unblocked, market demand can not be accurately tell, low inventory turns, costs rising, capital flows slow, and so many problems. For the existing problems, combined with supply chain management theory and application of research results, the author complete ERP functionality, grasp the scientific forecast of market demand, optimize inventory management, strengthening quality management, and improve the management system and other aspects. With the implementation of these programs and methods, that will greatly improve the Huajin Group plastics company's supply chain management.This is a case study-based paper. The case implies a number of problems to be solved which related to enterprise specific event. The problems triggered several of contradictions and conflicts. Soon afterwards, utilizing relevant theoretical knowledge about the issues on which and make rational plans or measures.This lively and informative case can be used for teaching reference.
