The overall development of chinese service trade is logging behind.In the relatively difficult condition of employment,how to achive the coordinated development between service trade and service employment,and then to promote the service employment through the service trade has an important and practical significance.Based on examining the status of service trade and service employment,the thesis analyzes whether are the coordinated development between the two, and a coordinated degree model is discussed,it also discusses the paths to make the service trade and service sector coordinated development on the theoretical and empirical ascept,and finally on the basis of the international reference,the article gives measures to achieve coordinated development between the two arrangements.The analysis shows that despite the rapid development of China's service trade in recent years, but its development is relatively unbalanced and trade capacity is relatively weak, trade competitiveness should be improved;About service employment,although the proportion of service employment and employment ratio has steadily increased,the service industry able to absorb employment lessly, and the structure of service employment has yet to be further improved. From the promotion of sustained and rapid economic development, to achieve the needs of economic restructuring, to ease employment pressure and other aspects of the needs analyze the need to achieve coordinated development between the two.By the theory of Foreign trade multiplier,Trade strategy theory and System,the article learn the internal relationship between the service trade and the service employment on theoretical and then give the paths both on internal and external in order to achieve the coordination between the twos.Through the "Service trade-Service employment" complex system modle,it analysis the coordination degree of service trade and service employment on overall and different sectors. Overall, from 1985 to 2009, the degree of service trade subsystem and service employment subsystem changes generally increased rapidly at first and slowly increased, and the development of two subsystems change more obviously by macro-economic environment, and the composite system increased more robust. From different industries, between 1997 and 2009, the building complex system and tourism complex system is relatively small different in the degree of coordination, transportation coordination compound system is less than 0.2, while the degree of coordination of the financial service system increased slowly.On the basis of the international reference,it gives some policies and recommendations from the development of modern service,to attract foreign investment,to improve the development environment of service trade,to strengthen the legislation and policy,and actively undertake the service industry to achieve service upgrade industrial structure, to improvement the labor market in some aspects,to enhance the training of vocational staff and so on to promote China's service trade and service employment to achive the coordinated development.
