We use coding strategy, personal strategy with knowledge base management, knowledge map management and knowledge community management to ensure the distinguish, collection, store and transfer of invisible knowledge successful. Base on the current knowledge management analyze in company N, there are lots of unachieved and non-sharing documents, such as standard process, tech documents, manual and best practice etc. Contrarily, most knowledge was owned by individual staff, if they move, the knowledge will leave with them. To conquer the challenge, every department developed their owned KW system. But after analyzing and researching, most of them can't reach the requirement or even can't use at all. This defect was due to there is not a company level, can be shared through whole company KW.For the goals of KW of company N, to increase productivity, effective and cooperative, cost saving and increase employee satisfaction, the integration mainly has 3 steps (KW strategy and content management; KW process and model; KW performance measure) to archive the goal.As company N is an IT corp. and base on its structure and current KW situation, we need integrate a company level, within all departments KW system. We use the model of KW structure from Anderson Consultant which was approved to be success in cases to build the company N structure; use strategy to mission method to develop strategy; use V-Model to measure performance.The knowledge management strategy, method, process was proved to be successful in other cases, with many years working experience in multi-county IT company, analyze the current situation for company N, to identify, collect, store and sharing knowledge to increase productivity, cost saving and increase employee satisfaction. For company N, also for other IT companies, this paper was useful and instructive.
