Research On R&D Capability Of Enterprises In Liaoning

Research and development (R&D) is the direct manifestation of technological progress, R&D capability not only reflects the technological strength ,but also reflects the economic strength of a nation or a region. R&D is the motivity for enterprise development, it also reflects core competition capacity of enterprises, in order to strengthen the core competition of enterprises, an inevitable choice is to improve R&D capability of enterprises. Liaoning as a part of old industrial base in Northeast China has made great contributions in the process of development in China. The speed of economic development in Liaoning is slower than some regions in China recently, one of the reasons is R&D capability of enterprises relatively lower in Liaoning. On the background of revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China and Development Plan for Coastal Economic Belt in Liaoning been brought into China's national strategy, it is necessary to research R&D capability of enterprises in Liaoning.The main contents of this paper include: The first chapter is exordium, it introduces the background and significance of topic selection, highlighting in improving R&D capability of enterprises in Liaoning. Then it introduces the research contents, the research thinking, the general frame, the innovations and the possible deficiencies. The second chapter introduces research review on R&D, including R&D, R&D of enterprises and influencing factors R&D of enterprises. In the third chapter, it summarizes and concludes the latest trends of enterprises R&D capability in the world through data, these latest trends include the continuous increase of enterprise R&D expenditure, the continuous increase of enterprise R&D intensity, enterprise R&D internationalization etc.. In the fourth chapter, it introduces Liaoning enterprise R&D capability appraisal target system including the establishment significance,the principle and its hierarchical structure,then introduces the mathematical model of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and uses this method to R&D capability and appraises it. In the fifth and sixth chapter, it compares large and medium-sized industrial enterprises and high technology industry in Liaoning with those in the other regions ,and the result shows that Liaoning enterprises R&D capability should be improved. In the last chapter, in order to improve Liaoning enterprises R&D capability route choices are put forward,including government level and enterprise level.
