Studying On Enterprise R&d Process Mechanism Based On Intellectual Property Rights Strategy

With China's accession to WTO, Chinese enterprises are faced with a new round of challenges which are related with intellectual property issues, the foreign enterprises are using the intellectual property rights of some technique to monopolize our country market unceasingly, earn the excess profit, seriously influencing our country enterprises' survival and development. Therefore, our country has proposed building an innovation-oriented country strategy and promulgated the "National Intellectual Property Strategy Outline". This article under this background, starts from enterprise this microscopic angle, has emphasisly studied the inner link between the enterprise intellectual property rights strategy and the enterprise technology R&D. The article discusses the strategic guidance functions of the enterprise intellectual property rights strategy using the system theory, under three kinds of patterns of the independent R&D, the cooperation R&D and the technology introduction R&D. Thinks the intellectual property rights strategy has the macroscopic guidance function and also microscopically creating income function directly, but to play these roles the best way is to unify with enterprise's R&D process mechanism.This article has mainly studied the following several questions: First, under intellectual property rights strategy guidance independent R&D process mechanism. This part starts from the independent R&D causes and conditions, uses the SWOT analytic method to carry on the analysis to intellectual property rights strategy in the independent R&D process, emphasisly studies how to carry on the intellectual property rights the option process, thinks the intellectual property rights option not only is the independent R&D process, also is concrete application process of the intellectual property rights drive strategy. Second, under intellectual property rights strategy guidance cooperation R&D process mechanism. This article believes that, in the cooperation R&D process the most important question is the alliance stability and the validity, The key to solve this question is to choose appropriate R&D partner, then takes the intellectual property rights as game subject matter between collaborators, then realizes intellectual property rights strategy guidance function, finally forms a set of benign cooperation R&D process mechanism. Third, under intellectual property rights strategy guidance technical introduction R&D process mechanism. This article first has carried on the analysis to the technical introduction R&D motive, the present situation and the question, redeploys to the enterprise R&D resources through the SWOT matrix, studies from the input-output angle the different intellectual property rights strategy to the technical introduction R&D process mechanism influence. Finally, this article through to the Guangxi Y enterprise's case analysis, has confirmed this article viewpoint, and put forward some proposals.
