The Study Of Intellectual Property Culture In Technological Innovation

Along with the knowledge economy unceasing deepening and the science and technology high-speed development, the technology innovation has been the key factor that decides market competition success or failure in the market competition. The intellectual property system accelerates technology innovation. So, the study of technology innovation and intellectual property are vital theoretical and realistic significance. We can find that there are some difficult problems in the study of technology innovation and intellectual property. The legal system of intellectual property can't solve these problems, intellectual property system can run well with support of intellectual property culture. The purposes of study of intellectual property culture for enterprise technology innovation are: to solve the problem which hinders the development of technology innovation.The paper does a thorough research on technology innovation and intellectual property culture, based on the view of culture, and to construct the research framework through four parts. PartⅠ: The intellectual property culture in technical activities. PartⅡ: Founded the research model of"The mechanism of intellectual property culture in technological innovation subject and technological innovation object". Then, we make enterprises recognize the interactive rules between technology innovation and intellectual property culture. PartⅢ: Based on the lack of intellectual property culture, we discuss the establishment of intellectual property culture on three levels (namely concept culture, system culture, action culture).At last, through analyzing the situation and existing problems of intellectual property culture which in enterprise technology innovation, we can find the cause of these problems, and to improve the solving countermeasures by absorbing the foreign experience.The author hope I can make efforts in extending the views of culture and find the way that the intellectual property culture work well and walk out the predicaments, in scanning the predicaments and culture causes of intellectual property culture from a multi-disciplinary perspective.
