Application Analysis Of Valuation Of Bill Of Quantities In The Port & Waterway Engineering

The paper analysises the situation of domestic and foreign valuation of bill of quangtities and researches the bisic theory of valuation of bill of quangtities of the port & waterway engineering. And it finds the problems exsisting in valuation of bill of quantities in port & waterway engineering through comparison with procedure of valuation of bill of quantities in building works.Secondly, the paper researches the following problems with the method of theory combined with practice.(1) It proposes its own opinion towards the problem of indirect cost and profit with method of theory, which makes some contributions to the developing of valuation of bill of quangtities in the port & waterway engineering. And it introduces the method of comprehensive unit price used universally in the valuation of bill of quantities of building works into valuation of bill of quantities of port & waterway engineering, which provides theory accordance for caculation of indirect expense and profit.(2)It studies the compilation method of quota of bill of quantities in port & waterway engineering towards the problems in quota of bill of quantities. And it introduces detection method of data true and false towards analysis processing of data gathered during compiling quota of bill of quantities which provides feasible caculation method for port & waterway construction enterprises to compile quota of bill of quantities and makes quota compiled more accurate and reliable. Firstly, adopting the compilation method of detection of data true and false can eliminate bad data containing thick and big inaccuracy based on guaranteeing that there are no system inaccuracy in raw surveying numer. So it promises the accuracy of the basis introduced to compile quota of bill of quantities. Secondly, it caculates quota of bill of quantities in with the method of probability reckoning.(3)It introduces reusable technology of valuation of bill of quantities of port & waterway engineering towards the problem of deficiency of valuation of bill of quantities software of port & waterway engineering, which enhances development efficiency of software and reduces the cost of development and maitenance and improves flexibility and standardization degree of software.(4)According to the research method of the paper, it computes the cost with the method of valuation of bill of quantities taking structure modification engineering of 402# wharf for example with application of the reasearch results of the paper. Meanwhile it provides some suggestion and measures for valuation of bill of quantities to estend in port & waterway engineering in China.
