As a kind of unique territory resource, tourism resources, which are playing an important role in the modern economic lives, are the most important foundation and precondition of development of tourism industry. After the founding of New China, Qingdao became one of the three fleet--China's North Sea Fleet's headquarters, its military fortress status has been further consolidated. There are a considerable amount of military tourism resources in Qingdao, they are not only as a special tourism project development, but also can serve as a useful complement to Qingdao tourism.Thus the paper uses appropriate evaluation method and chooses the scientific index system to evaluate the tourism resource in Qingdao on the base of deep study of theory and method of tourism resource at home and abroad. Then the paper analyses the tourism resources in Qingdao and sums up the characters of structure and space distributing. The tourism resources are the theme of this paper. On the base of system analysis and comprehensive evaluation the paper tries to make people have complete and impersonal realization for the tourism resources in Qingdao.
