It is a technology highly developed network society. Enterprises cannot leave their living social network anymore. In internal network society, social capital has major impact enterprise competitiveness. Entrepreneurial social capital is an important factor in business success. Company members put their own social capital into the enterprise. Companies can standardize business incentives through appropriate corporate members who play full of their own social capital. Effective enterprise cooperation and business interaction protocols enhance the members trust and a sense of belonging. Good internal social capital can improve the management efficiency and enhance business performance.In the external social network, the enterprise is becoming increasingly close with outside organizations, agencies, and departments. The enterprise usually exchange with other organizations on resources, information and other elements. Transactions become more easily in due to highly technology, social capital can improve the trading efficiency. In the highly competitive market, enterprises must obtain sustainable competitive edge. Companies must actively play the role of social capital to strengthen consultation and cooperation with outside organizations and departments, it can help enterprise obtain support and cooperation from departments of each organization. If Enterprises want to come out top in market competition, it needs to get a good corporate reputation, corporate culture, branding, customer satisfaction and other social capital support.Social capital can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises from economic level and social level. Enterprise can achieve economic efficiency and corporate social values. Different from the competition of against type in the past, social capital can help companies to win. Companies need to properly accumulate social capital, so that enterprises can get more valuable resource, mutual sharing of results in use of the social network, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.
