Research On Evaluation Of Urban Land Sustainable Use Based On Circular Economy

Circular economy is the main direction of the development of world economy, and now it is the economy developing pattern of our country. The sustainable use of urban land is an important part of sustainable development. It needs quantitative scientific assessment on the system of urban land use so that to measure whether the urban land use is sustainable. Therefore, this text, taking Yichun city in Jiangxi province for example, was given an evaluating study on sustainable use of urban land. The article carries on a comparatively profound and systematical research into the current evaluation of sustainable urban land use, and clarifies concerned contents.The concept of circular economy is introduced to the evaluation systems on sustainable urban land use and the evaluation systems on sustainable urban land use including reducing land input,reducing land pollutant,level of land recycling use and socio-economic benefits of land use has been established by Delphi method. AHP is used to determine indicators'weight. This thesis gets the level of urban land sustainable use with adding weight method. And builts the evaluating index system and evaluating mode of urban land sustainable use.The article synthesizes theoretical research and the actual materials of Yichun city in Jiangxi province in practical analysis to prove its scientificity and feasibility.The result of evaluation indicated that, from 2001 to 2007, the use of urban land in Yichun had gone through a phase from elementary sustainable use, which continually evolved to an even higher phase and strengthens the sustainability. But considering the problems in the urban land use, aiming at the result of evaluation, this text carried out the index obstacle factor diagnosis and the main limiting factors affecting the land use were found out. At the same time, the article provides some suggestions on how to improve the level of sustainable land use in Yichun city.
