| Building an international tourism island, the city of Haikou has been determined, oneterminaltwo-city and three-center. However, it will not come true without a goodenvironment. Circular Economy is one of the important theoretical which can solvethe problem between economic development and environmental protection. In thispaper, firstly, the theoretical study of circular economy has been reviewed andanalyzed. The characteristics, the hazards, and the handling methods of the urbanwaste have been defined. The relevant domestic and the foreign advanced theory,practice and policy experience have been summarized and analyzed. The status andthe problems of waste disposal of the city of Haikou are analyzed. From the wastegeneration, transfer and disposal of these three aspects, Haikou City garbage recyclingeconomy has been established, and within the framework of the system the problemof waste disposal in Haikou City has been further analyzed. Secondly, Delphi methodhas been used to determine the evaluating indicator of waste disposal circulareconomy system of the city of Haikou. Use the method of AHP-fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation and expert evaluation method to evaluate garbage disposal circulareconomy system of the city of Haikou. Finally, policy and suggestion has been raisedto promote the development of the waste disposal circular economy system of the cityof Haikou. |
