The Study On Countermeasures For Characteristics Agriculture Development In Jianping County

This dissertation focuses on the development of characteristic agriculture, studies the crop structure, dissertates the concept, feature, background, principles and the foundation economic theory characteristic agriculture of development. According to the detailed inspection on the characteristic agriculture development of jianping county, it applies the characteristic agriculture development theory, analyses the existing problems, anvantages and disadvantages, and it adopts the quantitative and the qualitative methods, analyses the advantage comparative specific of agricultural productions in jianping county. Based on the experience of other domestic places and the develoed countries in developing characteristic agriculture, it solves the problems about the guiding principles, agriculture structures, developing directions and superior regional distributions, etc.. and gives some suggestions on the characteristic agriculture development. Mainly includes:rich resources of water, soil, light and heat and superior combined condition; less environmental pollution, low labor costs; a group of characteristic agricultural products with certain competition in domestic and foreign markets; a series of relevant promoting policies,which all help to develop characteristic agriculture in Jianping county.It analyses and evaluates the comparative advantage of the grains, beans, beet, melon, and Chinese herbal medicine among the characteristic agricultural products of Jianping County with the integrated comparative advantage index method.(4) It discusses the countermeasures and suggestions about the characteristic agriculture development of Jianping County. Mainly includes:the importance of the characteristic agricultural development; the importance of agriculture structure; the methods and principles of development, especially the developing directions and superior regional distributions of the grains, beans, beet, melon, and Chinese herbal medicine. The measures to ensure implementation mainly include:further enhance the awareness; based on the resources advantages, make well-considered plans, focus on key problems to promote the development of characteristic agriculture; establish the technical support system and improve the quality of farmers and agricultural workers; respect for the rights of peasants in production and management, and bring their enthusiasm and creativity into play; open up markets for agricultural products, invigorate the circulation; support the leading enterprises, promote the industrial operations, and drive to the large-scale development; establish and improve the quality safety system of agricultural products, build the standardized agricultural production base; guide to sustainable development of characteristic agriculture.(5) The problems that should pay attention to in the development of characteristic agriculture mainly include:it is not the more characteristic,the better market; it is not the larger scale, the better economic benefits; the influence on the ecological environment is not considered; Implementation of the "Command Agriculture"; the relationship between characteristic agriculture development and water-saving; the contradiction between characteristic agriculture development and the basic supply of major agricultural products; Interregional products and industrial structure are similar.
