Affordable housing,which is our unique protective housing, is used to solve the problem of the middle and low-income housing, and has now made some progresses, but there are also many problems.In this paper,affordable housing system in our country is the research object.the current system of affordable housing problems in the actual implementation can be solved by improving and perfecting the affordable housing systemChapter 1 of the thesis introduction describes the research ofbackground and significance, domestic and international research on the status of affordable housing.Chapter 2 the theoretical part, through the harmonious society and scientific concept of development theory, demonstrate the meaning of existenceof affordable housing in our country currently,guide how to improve,perfect and innovatethe system of affordable housing;through the consumption of housing filtering model and the gradienttheory of revelation, can guide the development of unity of low-rent housing and affordable housing which are developing separately.Chapter 3introducing the development of affordable housing situation in our coungtry, achievements,existing problems and the reasons of the existing problems by the means of a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis.Chapter 4 by introducing the United States, Britain, Japan, Singapore and Russia in the development experience of the affordable housing enlighten how to improve our affordable housing; by introducing our own affordable housing developing experiences guides to improve affordable housing system in our countryChapter 5 from the above foreign experiences and our own development models sum up some suggests to improve and perfect our affordable housing system.including the analysis of separate development and unified development between affordable housing and low-cost housing; comparative analysis of the effects of in-kind subsidies and monetary subsidy;citing a number of measure is used to improve regulatory mechanism and the financing mechanism.Chapter 6 conclusion and outlook, by the above analysis, the economic unified development of affordable housing and low-cost housing development is more efficient, monetary subsidies is better.In the hope that through the theoretical study of these proposals of affordable housing system can provide guidance to the actual operation.
