With the rapid development of knowledge economy and the deepening of economic globalization, Many scholars and experts in the field studied the new organizational behavior of transnational corporations from different perspectives. As strategic resources from which organizations gain and remain competitive advantages, knowledge resources have a profound impact on the management of transnational companies, and promote transtinational companies to use knowledge management strategies to adapt to the new global economy. However, international business makes knowledge management face the great difficulties of transcending national boundaries, so transnational companies have to think about how to take effective measures to solve global knowledge integration and innovation. As a carrier and a source of knowledge, human is an important factor in knowledge management. Therefore, the sharing, integration and innovation of uncopiable knowledge, in combination with human resources management practice, is the real and powerful source of competitive advantage; the flexible and effective human resources management is an effective method for promoting cross-border knowledge management. In this context, transnational corporations should have a global business thinking and ideas, reshape corporate culture and organizational structure, and establish a compatible, flexible, and proactive human resources management. Through the recreation of human resources management functions and the improvement of the environment, the effectiveness of the implementation of knowledge management is improved, which ultimately obtain a sustainable competitive advantage for enterprises.In this paper, human resource management of transnational corporations are taken as the research object. First a comprehensive review is conducted about transnational corporations, knowledge management, human resources management theory and research to analyze the relevance of knowledge management and human resources management and expound the basic situation of knowledge management of transnational corporations, pointing out the importance of implementation of human resource management based on knowledge management; Second, human resources management mode is built based in knowledge management, and expounded from two aspects: design idea and main content; Finally, human resources management strategies of transnational corporations based on knowledge management are proposed from two aspects: optimization of human resources management environment and innovation of human resource management functions, and are demonstrated through case studies.
