Not only human resource is a key factor in the development of modern enterprises, but also the most strategic business development resource. As an important component of motivation, reward system, overcapacity in the management of human resource is extremely important part, is an eternal topic of business. Incentive system in the main role in the enterprise is the right to guide the staff's motivation, so they can achieve the company's production goals at the same time to realize their own needs, increasing employee satisfaction pairs of companies, enabling them to express their enthusiasm and creativity to contribute to the development for the company.The main purpose of this paper is to puts forward some corresponding measures to promote optimized design scheme via analyse and diagnosis the current situation of overcapacity and its specific content of Amphenol company, and this scheme is more effective implementation and continuous improvement, then better inspire the enthusiasm of the employees and initiative, fully realize the potential employees, who post match with the level of human resources management, and finally promote the sustainable development of Amphenol company. This study is based on basic theoretical knowledge such as scientific management theory, incentive theory and work measurement principle. The means of the study conclude a series of Advanced methods such as emphatically literature investigation, questionnaire, investigation, interview methods and so on. It analyses the the situation about overcapacity award program of Amphenol company, the content and the existing problems, and puts forward some useful solutions, and the optimization of the implementation of this scheme is discussed, in order to guarantee for the company and other types of enterprise human resources management practice.
