In the development of modern enterprise management,the importance of talents is beyond doubt.Establishing a high-level talent team can not only more effectively guarantee the good operation of enterprises,but also play an important role in improving the core competitiveness of enterprises.As a result,more and more enterprises begin to realize the importance of talents,and establish corresponding incentive mechanism in human resources management,which fully stimulates the subjective initiative of employees,so that employees can play the greatest role of personal value in their work.In employee incentive,we should also formulate a perfect incentive plan according to the actual situation of the enterprise itself,adopt appropriate incentive means,and give full play to the role of incentive mechanism.It is very important to promote the long-term and healthy development of enterprises to enhance the creativity and enthusiasm of employees through some effective incentives and to reconcile the personal development goals of employees with the strategic development goals of enterprises.In this paper,the problem of employee incentive in H company is studied.Firstly,this paper expounds some related concepts and basic theoretical basis of employee incentive,and then analyses the current situation of employee incentive in H company.This paper investigates and understands the evaluation of H company's employee's incentive mechanism by means of questionnaire survey,and then analyses some problems existing in the current H company's employee's incentive mechanism.Finally,in view of these problems,combined with the actual situation of H company,under the guidance of the relevant staff incentive theory,design and optimize the staff incentive scheme of H company.Including the formulation of the corresponding staff incentive mechanism construction objectives and staff incentive mechanism construction principles,put forward specific incentive measures.Finally,from three aspects of environmental protection,institutional protection and organizational protection,this paper puts forward relevant safeguard measures for the implementation of H company's employee incentive scheme.It plays a positive role in improving the staff incentive mechanism and promoting the long-term development of H company.
