In this paper, incentive theory, combined with results of previous studies to MHJY company objects, explores the diagnosis employees incentives existing problems. At the same time, the article combined enterprise status, the use of incentive theory, all-round, multi-angle analysis of the causes of the existing problems, and then put forward the corresponding improvement program.For finding problems in incentives, the articles targeted to design a questionnaire. By finishing the survey data to understand the current situation in terms of incentives and related staff views and problems.MHJY incentive to employees commonly used way of incentive pay. In welfare, the enterprise provides to employees bonuses and insurance, to protect the most basic employee benefits, and played a certain incentives. In terms of communication, most of the staff that the existing state of communication in general, through the evaluation of the company’s existing staff to communicate the situation shows that the company is still some communication problems. In staff training, more than half of the staff of the existing training company is very satisfied. Visible in the improvement of incentives, training system improvement is imperative.By MHJY company incentives survey, found mainly in the problem: performance appraisal system is imperfect; excitation process lack of communication with employees; incentive single; lack of appropriate training systems; implementation of only short-term incentives, long-term incentive insufficient.After analysis and exploration, this paper points out the four major causes of these problems: the lack of incentives to run and implement cultural environment; the impact of the company’s traditional system; liability position is not clear; traditional managers incentives unable to meet the immediate business needs. Then, for the problems identified, we proposed a series of solutions: improve the performance appraisal; enhance communication with staff; design a variety of incentives, a good grasp of the relationship between the various incentives; strengthen staff training; Science Construction career planning.
