Not only expressed in business competition, but also in the high-end talents more intense competition. Nowadays, knowledge is very important in our society. If an enterprise can compete with others, it should have a clear advantage in human resource. So Human Resource Management is of vital importance. Human resource Planning is a very important part of Human Resource Management. As a result, a company should do well in Human Resource Planning that could have a profound influence on it, especially, commercial banks. The study was designed to eventually build a comprehensive human resource planning system to realize the talent strategy that is "introduce talents, training talents and retain talents".Firstly, this paper give a connotative definition on Human Resource Planning, then describe some of the current mainstream theories about Human Resource Management. Next, introduce the details and technological process about HRP. Of course, we need to talk about the relation between HRP and Enterprise Strategy, and other parts of HRM. Secondly, we analysis the HR’s current situation and the HRP about Hunan branch of CCB. Thus, we can summarize the major questions on the Hunan branch of CCB in HRP. In order to find more shortages and solutions, we discuss the superiorities of Bank of America, which is one of CCB’s foreign strategic investors. Find some good measures to solve those problems.Finally, we give some solutions, such as structuring the mechanism of personnel flow, completing the HRIS, enhancing the Incentive system, having a new idea on Career Planning, and setting up kinds of training programs. |
