Six Sigma Management has originated in 1980s.As a way to reduce defects in business processes and management methods, it has been continuously improved and developed in practice. Six Sigma Management is not only a method to improve quality, but also a comprehensive quality management system. It is for the some projects to improve the quality with the company vision, strategy and goals, and enables the enterprise to continue to maintain a continuous improvement, reduce production costs, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance management performance.It was discussed that this paper describes the origin and development of Six Sigma, Six Sigma principles and methods in the application of A company bush processing. A company from the background, analyzes the customer needs, and determines the Design for Six Sigma projects. Though Key quality characteristics of potential and mode of failure analysis, it suggests improvement. It designs the key parameters of the bear process using System approach, and then optimizes these parameters using Taguchi method. In final, the project results were verified with SPC and inspection procedures. At the end of the paper, performance of A company Six Sigma projects was precisely analyzed.At present, the overall level of China's manufacturing industry is not high, one reason for the lack of business operations in the advanced management methods. The Six Sigma methods and tools are good to improve the business performance. Therefore, this case has some reference and guidance to carry out similar enterprises in the Six Sigma.
