Relying on such good terms and satisfying coal and land resources., construction of Shenhua Coal Terminal in Tianjin Port is necessary, It is to support the needs of sustainable economic development in China, to support the needs of rapid development of Shenhua Coal Group, and also to ensure the development of Tianjin Port coal throughput.Therefore, this article focuses on the feasibility study in both the financial evaluation and the economic evaluation, in order to determine whether it has the ability to profit and whether it can bring greater benefits to the development of the national economy, and to support Shenhua Coal Terminal constructing feasibility study. Specifically, the analysis of Shenhua Coal Terminal in Tianjin Port construction project is on the basis of its necessity and possibility.This research studies the market situation and analyzes problems, estimates the project design throughput and transporting volume, and then gives analysis of the Shenhua Coal Terminal the overall layout, and determine the design vessel, construction scale and the general layout of the program.
