| Enterprise management is becoming a hot topic with the development and prosperity of market economy, which also makes enterprise management more challenging and complex. Factually, our enterprise managers keep exploring issues like how to optimize the effect of management and how to realize mutual integration of system, culture and people in the actual operation of enterprises. Currently, academia has no satisfactory answer to these questions. This paper discusses the internal functioning mechanism and interactive coupling mechanism between enterprise culture and enterprise system with the aid of harmonious management theory combined with documentary study and case analysis. The internal relation between enterprise culture and enterprise system is also expounded further. Furthermore, the key factors affecting effectiveness of enterprise management are determined, and the interactive coupling mechanism is systematically analyzed.The paper holds that enterprise culture and enterprise system is mutually integrated, coordinatively interactive and together functioned. The paper introduces the concept of"coupling"and analyzes the internal mechanism between enterprise culture and enterprise system. An enterprise is an organization consisting of people, object and thing, which should be in sequence and good enterprise management order. Enterprise culture and enterprise system form a complementary whole in function. With regard to the system construction of forming mechanism of harmonious enterprise management order, the paper analyzes several key factors influencing the effectiveness of business management. From the perspective of evolution of enterprise organizations, these factors include the cultural"broad environment"nurturing staff of the organization,"narrow environment"of personal beliefs directing each member of the organization, and the necessary environment featured with people orientation, corporate values, fair competition,learning innovation,incentive supervision. From the perspective of optimally-designed control system, these factors include smooth management mechanism, complete information communication mechanism, effective conflict mediating mechanism, sound supervision and restraint mechanism, reasonable interest coordination mechanism, etc. The paper holds that in order to construct harmonious enterprise management, we need to continuously optimize and improve enterprise system, fully exert the leading function of enterprise culture, and ensure the systematic coupling of these two management mechanisms. In other words, we need to build man-created order through man's arrangement, and obtain enterprise spontaneous order through the performance of people, and then organically integrate these two orders to realize the complete order of harmonious enterprise management. In the end, the paper verifies the formation process of harmonious enterprise management through case analysis and dynamically describes the access to coupling enterprise culture and enterprise system. |
