Corporate Social Performance is one of the important research of Business Performance Management, strengthen corporate social performance evaluation studies that contribute to external stakeholders more clearly identify the level of development of corporate social responsibility, help to balance the economic performance of enterprises and social performance, thereby contributing to the sustained and healthy development of enterprises.Currently the subject of corporate social performance evaluation study did not reflect a useful integration of three perspectives that the stakeholders, supply chain and game theory, and it is a target of research priorities that explore more scientific and more practical method of selecting corporate social performance evaluation indicators; in addition, the current study show that, in corporate social performance and economic performance, how to balance, to balance the possible scope of these areas is still a shortage, only balanced scorecard as a strategic and integrated enterprise Performance evaluation method can provide a direction of thinking.In this paper, based on the reviewed studies, analysis of the current performance evaluation of corporate social problems and causes of the main problems: lack of social concern, public awareness, weak; evaluation of the main single, public participation is limited; select the lack of scientific evaluation; professional evaluation agencies are inadequate and evaluation costs are too high; and evaluation system is imperfect, and so the practical application difficult.Meanwhile, the integrated use of stakeholder theory, social contract theory and corporate citizenship on such principles, selected corporate social performance evaluation of the main, and in the survey based on the use of AHP for every evaluation of the subject and the subject under evaluation index weights set, come to the evaluation of the main weight order, and then to single index to calculate the relative comparison of corporate social performance, in order to build a system for evaluating corporate social performance model.Finally, to verify the correctness and scientificalness of these theories and models, this paper selected five representative automotive group of automotive industry, collect data from corporate annual reports and corporate social responsibility reports, and then application of the evaluation system, and the results to be reviewed.
