More and more cities have established gas pipeline facilities and supply town gas by pipeline with the rapid development of national economy. But the safety of town gas network operation are becoming increasingly with the urban development and population density increasing. GZ city is faced with the same question. How to find a suitable method to evaluate the risk of gas pipeline and achieve risk management in advance is necessary.The paper describes the necessity and significance of gas pipeline risk assessment to gas companies, in particular GZ. Then, describes the research of gas pipeline risk assessment at home and abroad and the research method and content of this thesis. Then focus on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in GZ gas pipeline evaluation, including gas pipeline accidents over the years of statistics, the possibility of a major gas pipeline accident factors, the consequences of the accident. Described in detail the specific fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, including the hierarchy, the evaluation of the factors and factors establishment, the process, and illustrates fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method used in vague evaluation of the gas pipelines in GZ. Obtained the failure of gas pipeline of GZ by risk assessment results, and put forward the control measure of the rist of gas pipeline.Results of the study show that, pipeline risk factors involved more, the impact is large, and pipe laying in the ground can not just excavation in GZ, analysis and evaluation to determine the hierarchy, the establishment of evaluation factors system, through the collection of specific information relevant factors, the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of factors at all levels, the risk of pipe can be obtained value for the pipe to take the next step provide data to support management measures by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Gas companies have a certain reference in management of the pipeline risk assessment.
