As a public cause in a city, the taxi industry has been controversial for quite a long time. One thing is that; it is a convenient facility for the citizen and is the other choice beyond public transportation. On some level, it holds enormous impact on economics, the vehicle industry and the concerned ones. The other thing is that; there are also plenty of public critics towards it. Because of its concessionary dealing; admissible domination; quota domination; and the price domination, the profits in this industry is hanging around the government, its company; and the cab drivers in unequal. More than that, the taxi company gets the monopoly.Round some years, especially after 2008, issues like rejecting passengers, group suing to the taxi company have been continuously taking place in some biggest cities in China. Concerned authorities have taken attention to these issues. The policy of taxi industry regime gets its negative judgments from time to time. This double sided features offer analytical government regime a really good reference. Good thing is: it has its own marketing place real soon. Meanwhile, the huge public dispute is somehow becoming the reason of our updating public administration. Therefore, within only ten years, taxi industry has deducted into a strict controlling line from a total free market, and problems never stop emerging.Here, To unveiling the truth and bring some valuable advices, we attempt to break this down through the 3 forms of domination and bring some effects and the benefits to taxi industry. There are six parts of this.Part I, the brief of basic theories of this industry's regime, based on the insufficiency of the policy and the unworkable domination. From the incident of rejecting passengers with uncalled for reasons, we can see that something behind this is the marketing controlling run by the government. In the following parts, the writer did some research on control from the government.Part II, from the study of admissible taxi industry market, there comes up with flexible policy according to the causes and reasons which all come from the unreasonable admission.Part III, the origin, the evolution and the current problems of quota domination of this industry. Part IV, the reasons and the disputes of the price domination, and further depict the unease benefits between the drives and the passengers which is brought by the price domination. The continuous illegal vehicle business and the rise and fall of the gasoline price have been relatively decisive to cost of taxi taking.Part V, how the strict management brings the city illegal vehicle business and its way out.Part VI, the conclusion. We try to give our piece of advice to the terrible going taxi industry, which means we should build up another system for this industry by revoking the admissible domination, more flexible quota domination and price domination, and completing the necessary constitutions before a total relieve for the whole taxi industry domination.
