As a result of the development for science and technology, knowledge, innovation as well as entrepreneurship are emphasized much more than before in 21st century. While the service industry plays a very significant role in China, taking up a big proportion of GDP, there still has certain gaps to keep pace with the level of developed countries in the world, especially in the items of resource conformity ability, independent innovation capacity and organizational learning atmosphere.According to the questions above, this research takes the entrepreneurial service companies as objects, aiming to analyze the meaning and structure of market innovation, basing on the theory of total innovation management; then discuss the relationship between organizational learning and venture performances; more still, try to analyze the mediate effect of market innovation in the relationship of organizational learning and venture performances, also suggest others to observe the operation environment both outside and inside the companies.Using the process of literature review, scale development, corporation interviews and so on, this assay establishd the research outline and design; then carry out the empirical study, both small and large samples, basing on the data collected from 152 enterprises, through the software of SPSS16.0 and Amos17.0. The conclusions are as follows:First, this assay defined the contents and structure of market innovation through empirical study and divides it into two dimensions as future need innovation and existing need innovation; Second, the results appear that organizational learning does enhance the efficiency of entrepreneurial performances, while the market innovation would present mediate effects; Third, the entrepreneurial environment could be divided into two dimensions as market's dynamic change and internal resource support; meanwhile the environment would adjust the effects that organizational learning enhancing the efficiency of entrepreneurial performances.
