Analysis On Energy Utilization-efficiency Of The Main Industries In Jiangxi Province

With the rapid development of jiangxi industry,The energy consumption has been growing quickly,the shortage and pollution of energy become more and more serious, The energy problem has become one important factor of restricting jiangxi's economic-growth,The main industries of jiangxi is the main body of energy consumption and economic-growth of jiangxi,That the detailed and comprehensive understanding on the main industries of jiangxi's energy-utilization is helpful to formulate the reasonable strategy of industry and energy development and deal with the relationship of the energy, economy and environment correctly,To realize the harmonious, quick development of jiangxi-economic, Based on this background, This paper is study on the energy-utilization efficiency of The main industries of jiangxi。This article is composed of parts as following, Firstly using the LMD study on Jiangxi-industry 2000-2009's energy-intensity and each energy-consumption-intensity, to find out the intrinsic reason of energy-intensity's decreasing and the contribution of the main industries of jiangxi to that. Secondly, establish evaluation system form the Angle of 3E system with DEAand make empirical analysis on 2000-2009's energy-utilization-efficiency of the main industries of jiangxi and obtain effective score,and meke projection-analysis of the unit that failed to DEA effectiveness,and calculate the corresponding adjustment to provide reference for the improvement.Thirdly do simulation on industrial added value, energy consumption of. the main industries of jiangxi over the next 10 years, analyze the trend of energy-intensity and CO2's emissions. Finally, reach the conclusion based on the reseach as above and make the prospect,This paper is studied deeply on the the energy-utilization-efficiency of the main industries of jiangxi,as to provide reference for the industry-structure's adjusting and energy-policy's enacting of Jiangxi.
