The Study Of The Government Responsibility In The City Incorporation Of Young Migrant Workers

At present, industrialization and urbanization in China show the steady development during the period of social transition, young urban migrant workers in China has already become the important component of worker. As a special group, young migrant workers lies between urban and rural areas, so how to treat and dispose of their problems about integration of urban, and make them real integration of urban society, which is an important content of urbanization and the breakthrough of Chinese economic transformation with a serious task of constructing the harmonious society and promoting social integration. Based on resources coming from city of GanZhou and other places, this paper analyses barriers factors about the process of young migrant workers to melt into the city,and gives some suggestions about their responsibility from the society, the government and young migrant workers themselves.
