| The demands is lager than the supplies in our labor market at present, and manyfarmer workers have gone back, that lead to the “migrant worker shortageâ€ï¼ŽLabor is verykey to the development of enterprises, and the young migrant worker is main part of labormarket, so how to keep the young migrant workers and how to reduce their mobilityrequire immediately solution.Although the academia has pay attention to the mobility of these young migrantworkers, it mostly research that how to adjust the contradiction with macro policy, and ithas hardly give and prove useful suggestions to the enterprises.This paper firstly definite the concept of young migrant workers, and elaborate theirdetailed features. All these lay a foundation to the research of young migrant workers’ jobmobility.After definite features of the young migrant workers, this paper then analyzes thedeep reasons of job mobility. We find that the deficiency of incentive mechanism results tothe young migrant workers’ job mobility. So we make hypotheses and establish relatedmodel of them. At last we make positive analysis to test the hypothesizes. This paperdivided the incentive mechanism to reward dimensions, work environment, futuredevelopment and emotion dimensions. We found that there are negative correlationsbetween this four dimensions and job mobility. That indicates that the more deficiencies ofincentive mechanism, the stronger job mobility of young migrant workers and a moreperfect incentive mechanism can reduce the job mobility. This conclusion proposes auseful measure to how to control young migrant workers’job mobility. But because of theextensive field of this research, and the impact of regional culture and personal features,there are many shortages and regrets in this paper, and many problems need furtherimprovements. |
